Can't turn feature request into a bug

Detailed description 
In several cases, i have been unable to change a tracker entries type. For example, i can't change this item into a
bug:

This has happened several times, although in a few times it has worked. Not sure why.

Hm, that is odd.  I'm moving this over to "bugs" on
this tracker... weird.  I'll have to look at it some more...
