When the user isn't logged in, he can still file a bug. There's a "Please login" text there but nowhere it's
explained what would happen if he doesn't login. This scenario, of not being logged in, isn't uncommon here, because
the session isn't saved.

A little explanation should be added near "Please login", for example: "Bugs and other support requests
will be published under 'Nobody' if you don't login."
