No "Tk" environment

Detailed description 
Under the "Environment" classification we have "Cocoa", "Console", "Fox",
"Win32", "X11", etc., but... we don't have "Tk", which is the GUI shipped with Ruby
itself.

So "Tk" should be added as well.
