New feature: add a way so that wiki words will not be changed be the engine

Detailed description
In my web I have a lot of Wiki-words that must be kept in camel case all the time. But after instwiki recognizes a camel-case
word as a wiki-word - it breaks that clause apart by adding internal spaces to separate words. Need a way to overcome
it - that is to create a wiki-word (and corresponding page), but keep the it is written as is.

For example:

If I describe a BaseShape C++ object, I would like to have a "BaseShape" wiki-word, wiki-page and link. Not
a "Base Shape".

Sounds like a simpler solution in your situation would be to
disable WikWord linking, and use "[[BaseShape]]" when
you
want a link
