These aren't bugs per se, but should probably be looked at:

bind.c(97) : warning C4244: '=' : conversion from 'ub2' to 'unsigned char', possible loss of data

oradate.c(364) : warning C4113: 'VALUE (__cdecl *)()' differs in parameter lists from 'VALUE (__cdecl *)(VALUE)'

oranumber.c(192) : warning C4113: 'VALUE (__cdecl *)()' differs in parameter lists from 'VALUE (__cdecl *)(VALUE)'
