I tried to run Heal ver 1.0.0

> heel -a 127.0.0.1

After run, Heal opens the browser(Internet Explorer).
However loading is very very slow.

Fairly, in process of loading html file, 
Wait about 30 seconds each.

Showing directory index is very fast.
But html and css are very slow.


Enviroment: 
Heal (1.0.0)
thin (1.0.0)
rack (0.4.0)

ruby 1.8.7 (2008-06-20 patchlevel 22) [i386-mswin32] 
OS: Windows XP SP3, Vista SP1
Browser: Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 3 (problem has both browser)
