Problem loading localized template in Rails 2.1

Detailed description 
In Rails 2.1 views for the mailer are not limited to .rhtml.  If you are using something different GLOC will fail in
finding the correct localized templated.

I attached the definition of the ActionMailer module that can correctly find the template, no matter what the extension
of the file is.
