When querying the default calendar feed, the feed returns some attributes that aren't available when querying the feed
directly.  This patch makes these attributes available when using GoogleCalendar::Calendar.calendars.  It also caches
the other attributes provided so that an additional query per feed is unnecessary when using calendars created through
this method.
