At my company, we use the Google Apps version of Google Calendar.  Unfortunately, I cannot use the current version of
gcalapi because it does not send the accountType parameter (and if this parameter is omitted, it seems to default to
GOOGLE).  The attached patch is one way of making gcalapi work for both versions.
