Ensure speed is uniform across systems.

Detailed description 
It is too fast on my computer (AMD Athlon 64 3400+), requiring fighterpilot reflexes just to get out through the first
tunnel.

Suggest using SDL.delay and friends to normalize the speed abit. Took the liberty of copying what I usually into tadpoles.rb.
See attached diff.

Exactly what the speed should be, I have no idea. Some simple setting would probably be the best.
