I wish that rubyforge.org would keep track of, and allow for, comments underneath any rubyforge.org page, so that users
can help each other.  For example underneath docs pages--so they can add comments.

Also as a note it would be nice if it required login "before" you submitted new tracker requests, and if each
email had an option to "opt out" of receiving tracker list messages for that tracked item.  Thanks!
