Detailed description 
Original private method does not appear in Object#private_methods after stubbing.

Now (hopefully) properly fixed with more extensive acceptance
tests in revision 287.

The fix for this bug (revision 283) seemed to break tests involving
stubbing methods on AR association proxies and stubbing AR attribute
accessor methods. The fix has been reverted in revision 284 pending
further investigation.
