Detailed description 
Adds "show_vertical_dotted_lines" option to Gruff::Line.  Draws alpha'd (0.7) dotted lines using the @marker_color
color originating from the center of each X axis label.

Woops.  The output PNG from my included test doesn't conform
to your naming
convention.  Just noticed when I submitted my second patch.
