Detailed description 
Trying to install InstantRails 2.0. First message box says "unzip files." After files are unzipped, the
InstantRails.exe starts, another message box appears that says "Apache port 80 used by inetinfo.exe" and the
installation aborts. Is there any way to change the default port used by Apache? Some other solution?
