I'm posting this here at Greg's suggstion:

Ruma is my first project management experience on rubyforge, and I'm a bit curious how I can go about setting up skill
lists for positions- the only options seem to be "no change" and "none". There doesn't appear to
be any way to add new ones. Any suggestions?

It was suggested that it should say admin, developer, etc...
