SPAM Filter is Obsessive

Detailed description 
I have been trying to update long lists of things such as places I visited and things that I have wanted to do and every
time I do this, Instiki says "Edit blocked due to spam filter". You can't copy and paste anything nor can
you post a series of items in a bulleted list. Please assist with how to make the spam filter lax up a bit.
