Detailed description 
Added the following methods to the address class for UK users:

1. uk_county
	
	Returns a UK County name at random.
	eg: Shropshire

2. uk_country

	Returns a UK Country name at random.
	eg: England

3. uk_postcode

	Returns a UK Postcode at random in one of two formats.
	Either has 2 numbers in the first half, or one number.
	eg: TS26 OAN or TF9 2SX
