I'm terribly trigger happy.

Normally that doesn't matter. I can often just undo stuff.

Piston makes it easy to make mistakes and hard to undo.

There is one situation in particular where I usually burn my fingers:

running piston command from project root and not from /vendor/plugin (or /vendor if installing rails)

Two things would help that:

* Add command 'piston remove' for uninstalling plugins (see other thread)
* Add warning when piston is run from project root and not from /vendor/ or /vendor/plugins
