Detailed description 
Having read [#12829 - New SCM:
Mercurial](http://rubyforge.org/tracker/?group_id=5&atid=104&func=detail&aid=12829) I agree that RubyForge
needs more SCM options.

I would like to see darcs support added to RubyForge.  Darcs seems to be the most fundamentally correct SCM around,
and is a dream to use.

In any case, I think RubyForge should offer support for at least one distributed SCM, whether darcs or Mercurial.
