I'm trying to add a useful comment to
http://rubyforge.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=13725&group_id=1453&atid=5709 but every time I try
I get a page that only says "ERROR" in large red type.  This is unhelpful for me, and also for the bug
submitter.

The same problem has been observed with
http://rubyforge.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=21847&
amp;group_id=3553&atid=13720 where the bug reporter was asked
to add additional details, but was unable to do so.

If anonymous comments on bug reports are not allowed then that's
understandable. It would however be more helpful if the error
page made such a restriction clear (and perhaps told the user
to register instead).
