Summary:
\C-c\C-c. does not work for integration tests

Detailed description
If the current buffer is an integration test rails-test:run-current does run the integration test. To make matters
worse, it starts ruby without passing it a file which means you have to explicitly kill the *ROutput* buffer before
you can execute any other tests.

"It's not a bug, it's a feature" :)
Integration tests are not working in current version, I will
plan to support this in 0.6 release
