Add a way to get local interfaces

Detailed description 
[Based on an email conversation with mksm.sama@gmail.com]

Add a way to iterate over local interfaces, e.g. eth, eth1, eth2, etc. The Host.ip_addr is DNS only.

Possible solutions are listed in Stevens "Unix Network Programming, Volume 1, 431 ff. and 459 ff.

The sysctl + NET_RF_IFLIST approach is easier but less portable.
