Flickr seems to have changed the url scheme recently.

Now, there is an new farm attribute for photos, and a differentiation for regular and original sized photos.

rflickr should reflect this change, because currently you are unable to retrieve the original size of a photo that has
been uploaded recently. Older photos get redirected to the right url.

This is only a small thing to be implemented, but in my opinion it justifies a new version, because otherwise things
may be broken for users.

fwiw, this was fixed in rev 1.26 of base.rb, but yes, there should
be a new gem released with this fix.  It's essentially broken
until then.
