When generating TAGS with rails-create-tags ctags ignore rhtml/rjs... file. This can be a problem when one use
M-x tags-query-replace for exemple to refactore some code (say change the name of some helper method).

I Join a patch that just add the file in the TAGS file (with no tag in them).
