New Ubuntu 11.10 has removed Alexandria bookmanager from the list. Which means i cannot use it anymore on 11.10. Very bad. I need a bookmanager with working ISDN search function. Another program GCStar has still own problems with ISBN code search, it's still not solved after many months. Another fail. I hope you can upgrade Alexandria bookmanager for Ubuntu 11.10. It's one of the best managers and i have Amazon account for it. ISBN scan works good. It's very important for many users. Please.

Date: 2011-11-05 09:30 Sender: gj keizer When i installed the latest package, i get a message like this in Ubuntu Software centre. "can not satisfy dependency: libgnome2-ruby (>=0.17)" This messages prevent me to run the program Alexandria. Please take a look at this problem. Additional upgrade: try load the lists a bit faster, with 500+ books the list build is a bit slow compared to Tellico manager. You can also try pre-load first some titles (you cannot see all in small netbook window btw....)
