[#22535] depth() is misnomer

Summary:
depth() is misnomer

Detailed description
Usually, by convention, the depth of a node is the length from the root to that node, not the height from it's furthest
descendant. I humbly suggest that the depth function be changed to:

        def depth
            return isRoot? ? 0 : parent.depth() + 1
        end

Thanks,

   Zach (zach@amiestreet.com)

Fixed in release 0.6.0.

depth() is now deprecated. To get the correct behavior, please
use nodeDepth and nodeHeight methods.
