The AntHill SMPP is a library that implements SMPP protocol (v 3.4 & v 5.0) and supplies different fail-over and scaling functionality. It is based on the AntHill library. It contains Encoder and Decoder, DumpViewer, SMSCEmulator, Shell and etc.
