And for my next trick, I'm tackling the Virtual Earth upgrade, because v3
(the one YM4R/Mapstraction uses) is deprecated, and will disappear at the
end of August.

There should be support for custom markers in Ym4r/Mapstraction
already, but then, maybe we haven't rolled out all the changes we have
in Mapufacture yet.

Lori - do you want me to send you our current Ym4r/Mapstraction
version for you to check out what you can use for the
multiple-provider support?
