[Wtr-general] Newbie Question: Verify and Then Click URL

I am not sure the best way to do this and am very new to this. I am trying to write a script that will verify that a link is on a page by checking for the URL. Once verified, I want to click on the link. I need to check the URL because the links are dynamic and identified by unique URLs.
