[Wtr-general] FAQ migrated

The WATIR FAQ is now located here:
http://wiki.openqa.org/display/WTR/FAQ

Note that one of the new features of the new wiki (Confluence) is that you
can directly link to anchors in a page. E.g. If someone asks about how to
dismiss a security alert, we can direct them to
http://wiki.openqa.org/display/WTR/FAQ#FAQ-securityalert and this will take
them to the exact question. Cool huh?
