[Wtr-general] Ruby Nubie fails to get out of the box with Unittests

Thanks for the detailed reports.

The image bugs are common. That code is buggy and needs rewriting.

The frame index bugs (expected 0, actual 1) are test-bugs. The code is
correct and the tests were fixed in 1.4.1. (Michael is running 1.4.0, but
Paul is running 1.4.1).

A couple of these bugs are new to me, but seem to stem from the fact that
Michael has watir installed in a directory with blanks in its path.

I don't know why the table count problem is happening. That is a new one for
me too.
