[Wtr-general] Can I attach to an open Excel session?

The other thing  I like about using the Excel macro to write the INI file and fire off a ruby script:  I can compile the main ruby script and hand the Excel pages and the ruby executable to a tester who doesn't have ruby installed on his machine.  With Excel generating a ruby script, he DOES have to have it installed.
