[Wtr-general] Question - How to use different installed versions of WATiR

I'm still a neophyte where Ruby's concerned, so please excuse what may
seem to be an obvious question.
 
I've followed the instructions on
http://wiki.openqa.org/display/WTR/FAQ#FAQ-devgem to install the latest
from SVN.  At the end of the instructions it says I can uninstall
previous versions of WATiR I've installed via gem by using the "gem
uninstall watir" command.  So my question is:  How do I use a previous
version?  Do I somehow specify the version on the "require" command?
 
Just curious...
