[Wtr-general] Closing an popup

hi all,
the next problem is sating againsr me : i have a button which have to be clicked
when i do that a popup apperars. in this popup has a  javascript which when executed a Windows dialog window appears with save and cancel buttons, that helps u to save file on the hard drive the problem is that after i do that i cant close the popup because the dialog window should be closed first. is there any way to close that window or the popup with ruby or watir
