[Wtr-development] Watir 1.6.6.rc2 is up and ready for testing

Just a little complexity is all.  I have some testers with cukes using watir and activerecord.
Also using factory_girl with activerecord.  Needed to make changes to force everything
to use 2.3.9 activerecord/resource and 1.2.4 factory_girl.  That's all.
