[Win32utils-devel] Directory structure

Dan,

One request about the directory structure under all the modules of 
win32utils: can we stick to the \examples directory being at the same 
level (sibling) instead of under (child) the \doc directory. Currently, 
it is inconsistent. Some modules have it as a child of \doc and some 
have it as a sibling of \doc. It adds unneccesary complexity at the 
installer script.
