Hello,

my name is Inka and I have a probleme with my Weft-QDA (with Word). I installed categories und sub-categories but after some time I cannot anymore open some categories or sub-categories. I can see the marked text in these categories in the documents. But I cannot anymore open the category field. It is only sometimes, not all of the made categories have this probleme.

I would be very glad to hear from you some help! I am really beginning to be nerved with this probleme...

It's a pity that you are not development 2.0 series of this very good
alternative of the comercial one Atlas.ti.
I congratulate you for 1.0.1. version and encourage to continue with 2.0
series.
Have you a new funtional version after 1.0.1.?

I aks my question once more. I'm not sure if anybody received my mail. 

I have a probleme with my WeftQDA (Windows). I installed categories und sub-categories but after some time I cannot anymore open some categories or sub-categories. Thanks both for your kind words. It's really nice that a six-year old 
piece of software is still useful to other researchers.

I'm afraid I'm not working on 1.0 either. My own research currently 
isn't along those lines. I think you really have to be wanting to use 
the software to have good ideas, time to test it, and motivation.

Hi,

When I double-click on a document or category and this can't be viewed,
 I select "Cascade" from the "Window" option in main menu and then it
 appears again.

Hi,

(Sharing my experience)

To sort the categories you must take into account the following:

If you manually relocate an existing category (provisionally) as a
subcategory of another and then relocate back to where it was
previously, this category will be located automatically at the end of
categories corresponding to the relocated node. Following this rule,
and with a little patience, you can order all categories as you like.
