Shortly I stumbled across weft and I think that it is a really nice tool for the quick analysis of qualitative data. I still have one question left that doesn't concern the program itself: who stands behind this project? Is it a company, a scientist, a university? The Software is free, which means that the source code is availlable. Details are here: http://www.pressure.to/qda/doc/apa.html I don't know Alex Fenton personnally. Weft's a personal project - I happen to work at Cambridge Uni now, but not on the software. So I 'own' it, though it's released under a liberal public domain licence. cheers alex
