I did not notice that there is a new maruku version and if you install
webgen via Rubygems, maruku 0.5.9 is a hard dependency, ie. webgen only
uses maruku version =0.5.9.

Reading the changelog, it seems that Maruku 0.6.0 has fixed the
encoding problems with Ruby 1.9 but I have to test this first. As I have
said in the release notes, Maruku 0.5.9 and Ruby 1.9 did not work well
together. Hopefully this changes with Maruku 0.6.0. The next webgen
release will then certainly depend on Maruku 0.6.0.
