Hey everyone,

Another wagn release out the door.  Wagn 0.7 was an overhaul of the
underbelly.  Wagn 0.8 has been an
overhaul of almost everything else.  Big areas of work include the
permissions system,
transclusion and templating, lots of interface improvements.  Details can be
