Right now we are drawing the mimetypes icons for the many programming languages. I would like to use the Ruby logo for the Ruby document icon. Unfortunately Oxygen will be released as LPLG (v3 probably), and that might be in contrast with the CC license adopted for your wonderful logo. I subscribed to see if there is any chance to get a permission to use the logo under LGPL license. But I believe we transferred the copyright to Matz, so I've forwarded this to the vit-core ML and direct to Matz, as well. That would be nice. The Oxygen icons on SVN are already dual-licensed LGPL and Creative Common Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0. We may change in the future to be just LGPL v3 but the ruby document icon can be an exception. Since Oxygen icons are made in SVG I can send also Ruby logo converted in this format, might be a nice addition to your Logo kit.
