I believe it might be a good idea to hyphenate "English speaking", since it is a single term in the case of the first paragraph. And though "Subscribe or Unsubscribe" is very nice and straightforward, it's a bit repetitive. Perhaps we could "Manage Subscriptions" instead? M.T.
