To be fair, RubyGarden isn't trying to be a weblog anymore.  It's 
trying to be a place where bigger, more thought out articles go.  I 
just haven't had a lot of luck getting people to commit to writing them 
(hint hint) since David and Jamis wrote theirs.  Not for lack of 
trying.
