Her company owns 1000's of websites, her company does have hundreds of thousands of pages indexed with top rankings on Google, Yahoo and Bing. Wie Sie sich noch erinnern k?nnen, haben wir Sie letztes Jahr darauf hingewiesen, dass wir von einem Leser Informationen und Dokumente zugespielt bekommen haben, die dieser seinerseits von einem Basler Grossrat wegen seiner eigenen durchgef?hrten Recherche erhalten hat. Diese Informationen und Dokumente sind aussergew?hnlich umfangreich und komplex.
Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschlossen Ihnen die Unterlagen elektronisch in mehreren Teilen, zusammen mit unseren Gedanken zum Studium vorzulegen.
Wir erhoffen uns nach wie vor von diesem Vorgehen, dass wir mit der Menge an Wissen eines jeden Einzelnen, die Unterlagen zusammen aufarbeiten k?nnen um das Resultat wiederum einem
breiten Publikum zug?nglich zu machen. Wie erw?hnt die ganze Geschichte bleibt ?usserst sensibel.
In den ersten 9 Folgen haben wir Ihnen die Grundlage f?r die gesamte Korrespondenz geliefert. Herr David Lehmann hat mit seinem Eintrag auf arlesheimreloaded.twoday.net und seinen gerechtfertigten Anfragen an Herrn Manfred Messmer einen riesen Stein ins rollen gebracht. Nun m?chten wir Ihnen die n?chste Eskalation der Korrespondenz zum Studium vorlegen.
Unser Leser, Herr Anton Unterrainer aus ?sterreich, hat aus Interesse an den Umst?nden in Basel selber bei Regierungsvertreter und Parlament (Grossrat) nachgefragt, was es mit den Vorw?rfen gegen Familie Eymann auf sich hat. Genau wie bei Herrn David Lehmann wurde zuerst gar nicht reagiert. Erst durch weiteres Insistieren haben dann, zwar nicht Frau Brigitta Gerber und Jan Goepfert geantwortet, sondern Herr Marco Greiner in seiner Funktion als Vizestaatsschreiber des Kanton Basel-Stadt und sp?ter sogar der Betroffene selbst, Herr Regierungsrat Dr. Christoph Eymann "him self".
Wie bei Herrn Herrn David Lehmann wurde zuerst versucht die Angelegenheit durch nicht reagieren auszusitzen. Als dies nicht funktioniert hat, antwortete Regierungsrat Dr. Christoph Eymann und drohte Herrn Anton Unterrainer mit einer Strafanzeige und dies obwohl dieser lediglich nachgefragt hat "was an der Sache dran ist".
Diese so zusammengetragenen Informationen und Dokumente die uns Herr Anton Unterrainer freundlicherweise zur Verf?gung gestellt hat, werden wir Ihnen in chronologischer Reihenfolge zusammen mit unseren Gedanken zum Studium vorlegen.

Herr Anton Unterrainer hat am 20. April 2007 in einer Mail an den Vizestaatsschreiber des Kanton Basel-Stadt, Herr Marco Greiner angefragt was die von uns zum Studium vorgelegten Schreiben mit den mittlerweile best?tigten Vorw?rfen gegen den amtierenden Regierungsrat Dr. Christoph Eymann auf sich haben.

Hier einige Ausz?ge aus dem Mail von Herrn Anton Unterrainer an Regierungsrat Dr. Christoph Eymann:
ZITAT 1:
Ich habe von einem Herrn Jauslin eine Mail erhalten, ich weiss zwar nicht warum ich auf dessen Verteiler gelandet bin, aber dies ?ndert nichts daran dass ich die mir zugeschickten Informationen sehr interessant finde.
ZITAT 2:
Auf Nachfrage bei Kollegen in Basel, haben diese mir erkl?rt dass die Ganze Angelegenheit in Basel ein aktuelles Thema ist.Wie ich von den Kollegen aus Basel erfahren habe ist bei Euch bez?glich Herrn Regierungsrat Eymann wohl einiges am hochkochen.
Warum kann ich in den Medien, ausser in ein paar Internetforen, nichts dazu lesen? Warum wird die Bev?lkerung dar?ber nicht informiert?

Wenn es stimmt, dass Herr Regierungsrat Dr. Christoph Eymann zusammen mit seiner von mir gesch?tzten ehemaligen Gattin Felicitas Eymann-Bossart, in diese uns?glichen Sache verwickelt ist, w?rde dies nicht nur seine, sondern die Glauw?rdigkeit der gesamten Basler Regierung in Frage stellen.

ZITAT 1:
Sie stellen Herrn Greiner in Ihrem Schreiben einige Fragen. Das ist sicher Ihr gutes Recht.
ZITAT 2:
Dann aber weist Ihr Schreiben einige Passagen auf, die aus meiner Sicht nicht haltbar sind.
ZITAT 3:
So sprechen Sie von "kriminellen Handlungen der Familie Eymann" und von einer "Verwicklung der Familie Eymann in undurchsichtige Gesch?fte"
(Genau dies ist ja die Frage von Herrn Anton Unterrainer, ob diese Anschuldigungen stimmen oder nicht. Wie will man Abkl?rungen t?tigen ohne dass man auf den springenden Punkt zu sprechen kommt)
ZITAT 4:
Ich mache Sie darauf aufmerksam, dass diese Aussagen aus meiner Sicht strafrechtlich relevant sind.
(Es handelt sich nur um eine Frage und keine Behauptung von Seiten des Herrn Anton Unterrainer. Herr Regierungsrat Dr. Christoph Eymann versucht mit dieser Drohung Herrn Anton Unterrainer einzusch?chtern)
ZITAT 5:
Auch das Weiterverbreiten von unwahren und ehrverletzenden Aussagen wird bekanntlich vom Strafrecht erfasst.

Da ich nicht weiss, ob Ihnen das bewusst war, mache ich Sie darauf aufmerksam. Vielleicht hilft es Ihnen bei der Beurteilung Ihrer eigenen Situation, wenn Sie wissen, dass ich zurzeit daran bin zu pr?fen, ob gegen Herr Jauslin und Andere, welche diese Kampagne offenbar lanciert haben und - wie Sie, sehr geehrter Herr Unterrainer - weiterverbreiten, Strafanzeige erstatten werde.
(Ultimative Drohung gegen weiteres "Verbreiten", obwohl Herr Anton Unterrainer nur den Vizestaatsschreiber angefragt hat)
Unsere Schlussfolgerungen:
Regierungsrat Dr. Christoph Eymann ist besorgt, dass Herr Anton Unterrainer durch seine Fragerei alte Wunden aufreissen k?nnte, die in Basel jedem bekannt sind, aber vom System Eymann bis heute erfolgreich unter dem Teppich gehalten werden konnten. Warum diese Drohungen bei einer einfachen Frage ?
W?re nichts an der Sache dran, k?nnte Regierungsrat Dr. Christoph Eymann einfach antworten, anstatt ein solches S?belrasseln zu veranstalten.
