[Vit-core] Setting on Ruby-Lang

Shugo,

I sent this to you privately, but I'm wondering if you received it? It 
appears that some spam filters appear to be blocking my mail right now.

Would it work for us to get together and chat over campfire 
(http://ruby-vit.campfirenow.com) about what needs to be done to get the 
site up and running? I'm still having trouble with it running in 
development mode and I need some way to restart the FastCGI processes 
when I redeploy code. Perhaps we could work through these issues together.

What time would work best for you? I can be flexible. Japan time is 
about 13 hours a head of me. Its currently about 8 am in Tokyo and 
nearly 7 pm here in Pennsylvania.
