Because sh.vim is doing this: setlocal isk+=. and ruby.vim doesn't reset
it, which I'm not sure it should have to really. There are 388 syntax
files and only 58 of them explicitly set 'iskeyword'.

Maybe all other syntax files should implicitly run
:setlocal iskeyword&
