Release pending?

Folks,

I've just updated ftplugin/ruby.vim to include matchit instructions.
The matchit support itself is working well to my liking.

Since there hasn't been any change for yonks, do you think it's time
for a release?

I'll do some more work on the installer, and will also probably add
some macros to the ftplugin (probably with a conditional wrapper so
people have to "opt-in").
