BTW, Doug, I noticed your post on ruby-core (actually it was _why
quoting you) talking about ChangeLog format.  Why is the format
important?  I appreciate the benefit of them, and I read the GNU
documentation you pointed me to, but I saw nothing mentioned there
about format.  Is it common for tools to parse them?  Why the hell
does it insist on a tab?  Did they learn *nothing* from make? ;)

Most importantly, do you create entries using some Vim magic?
