New release

Guys,

I've declared Nikolai's indent/ruby.vim "stable" and created a new
release, but not before editing all the files to contain URL,
disclaimer, licence, etc.

I'm not 100% sure how to manage releases.  There's no sense in
version-numbering - is there? - so I just mark them with a date.  Oh
well, I'm sure users will be all right.  But let me know if you have
any bright ideas.
