[TZInfo-users] tzinfo time zones/US states mapping

I've not seen anything that gives a direct mapping between US states and 
timezones.

TZInfo is based on the Olson tz database 
(http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm). You may get a better response 
if you ask on their mailing list (tz at elsie.nci.nih.gov).
